All exclusive offers and promotional products are ineligible for exchange or refund. Please be aware that exchanges and refunds are only applicable for defects on our end, such as damage, incorrect color, or size, and not due to a change of preference. 


If you intend to exchange an item, kindly contact our customer service team first for verification. Before shipping, ensure that the parcel contains a receipt detailing the reason for return. The products must be returned in their original, unaltered condition upon arrival.


However, exchanges are contingent upon item availability within 14 days of purchase.


The exchange process entails:


1. Verify your receipt to ensure it falls within the 14-day window from the purchase date.

3. Ensure the item remains unaltered and retains all labels.

4. Return the item to us via postage (customer bears the cost) or visit our official store with the receipt.

5. We will replace your item and issue a new tracking number once the replacement has been dispatched.
