1. MODIFICATION AUTHORITY
Majesty Group reserves the prerogative to modify, append, or eliminate any terms and guidelines on this platform at any juncture without prior notification. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge and consent to these terms and are obligated to adhere to them consistently.
2. PRICING STRUCTURE
Prices exhibited are current at the time of disclosure. However, fluctuations in pricing may occur without prior notice. Kindly note that online pricing may deviate from prices obtainable elsewhere.
3. TRANSACTION PROCESS
Payment authorization will be conducted before we proceed with the delivery of your order. We retain the right to reject any orders placed with us in the event of unsuccessful payment transactions. All transactions will be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with foreign currency conversions executed using our designated converter at prevailing rates.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings are exclusive, consequently, only limited quantities are accessible. While we strive to furnish you with accurate real-time stock status, unforeseen supply complications or unforeseen surges in demand may intermittently render certain items unavailable. Should such circumstances arise, we will promptly contact you to either reaffirm or cancel your order. In the event of order cancellation following full payment, a refund will be issued.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard rates apply to items designated for delivery, contingent upon the courier service of your preference. Our team endeavors to prepare parcels within 1-2 days, with anticipated delivery within 3-7 working days post-purchase. However, please note that delivery times are subject to the courier service. Postal dispatches occur on:
i. Monday
ii. Wednesday
But if peak season like Fasting Month for Eid Day we will postage everyday except Friday & Saturday.
The deadline for new orders is 10 am on the scheduled delivery day. Orders placed thereafter will be dispatched on the subsequent delivery day.

COURIER
We exclusively utilize Pos Laju / J&T for domestic shipments, while international deliveries are contingent upon courier rates (opting for the most economical option).
Domestic Delivery
For domestic orders, we rely on PosLaju as our primary courier. Domestic shipping rates are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia - Rates from RM10
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), Labuan - Starting from RM20
